Rescheduling & Cancellation policy
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there are many things that can come up in peoples day to day lives.
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours. Less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service price will be charged.
No shows will also be charged 50% of service price.
Late arrivals policy
The time the client makes an appointment for is the time we expect to begin the massage. For this reason we would appreciate our clients to arrive around 5 minutes before the appointment time.
New and existing medical conditions
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc. for the massage if required. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions. There are many medical conditions for which massage is contraindicated, so it is crucial that I am informed
All therapies at De Massage artiest are professional there will be NO sexual contact or conduct at any time. Should a client behave in a manner that violates this professional boundary ,the session will be ended and the client will still be required to pay for the session in full and will be asked not to come back.
Any prepaid massages that get cancelled after scheduling and before the 24 hour cancellation policy will be refunded .
